Ctrl Hub helps provide Self Care assessment in Canada
Ctrl Hub are using their platform to power Youth Self Care Health Tool
Whole Human Foundation is a Canadian non – profit bringing together wellbeing seekers & evidence-driven solutions builders in health, policy, science, and technology. Their organisation’s primary activities are the Whole Human Summit events, consulting, and the delivery of community, research, and advocacy projects.
Ctrl Hub is proud to be collaborating with WHF as a gold sponsor for their annual Youth Event. WHF is also supporting their faculty with an exciting project that is being supported by Ctrl Hub, a youth health assessment, created by Zilicare to assist young people with self-care.
The results of the assessment will pass through Ctrl Hub’s built-in machine learning, giving clinicians, predictive analysis, and prescriptive responses. The assessment will be taken by 16 – 29 year olds and looks at a variety of health indicators. On completion of the assessment, students will receive practical self-care advice and if necessary, an intervention by a clinician.
We will be keeping you all updated in the next few weeks about how the project is progressing.
