DISCOVERY

The first element of our process with you is what we call “Discovery”. This is a series of meetings and information swap to get to the core of what you need, what customisations may be required and what modules are best suited for your organisation.

Our aim is to playback to you an implementation plan that consists of:

  • Fixed cost of implementation broken down into priorities
  • Project plan and indication of timescales
  • Subscription model, how many and what type of licenses are required
  • Support package

Administration training courses

You may have an in house IT resource or super users who could manage supporting the solution for your organisation.

Help desk facility

We can provide support based on normal office hours and designed to assist users with “how to” and similar low level, first line support.

Technical support

Assistance for the creation of additional forms and workflows.
