WCB Utilities offers specialist Utility construction and maintenance services in the South East of England. Business Challenges


The volume of paperwork distributed among operational staff, including site supervisors, created delays in invoicing payments and large printing costs. Time consuming non-digital processes slowed down our ability to share information and manage business critical operational data dynamically.

Logistical challenges of outdated procedures requiring physical on-site presence for project sign off. Documents stored in various different locations made it difficult to access and manage version control.

Our engineering teams have also benefited, relying upon Ctrl Hub to store their essential documentation within the platform and having it readily available enables an increased focus on their on-site priorities. Additionally the Employee Qualification / Equipment Certification watcher tool is a useful feature, distributing regular notifications of certificate and training renewals within the specified thresholds allows for advanced planning.
